Consultation Drafts for New Medicines and Poisons Bill and Regulation

Another interesting development is that the Medicines and Poisons Bill and Regulations is now under review and has been forwarded to us for comment as they are currently working on updating the legislative framework.

This is our opportunity to put forward our recommendations for changes to the use of topical anaesthetics that will best serve the cosmetic tattooing and aesthetics industry.

Our report will request changes to the Bill so it is a huge undertaking.  With the support and assistance of Chris Testa we have put forward a strong case for change and we will keep you posted on developments.
