By 1986 the owners of IDI, entrepreneurial skin therapist Jane Wurwand and her husband Ray, worked closely with their newly appointed Head of Research and Development, Dr Diana Howard to create a very new, very different professional skincare range that would be the catalyst for a great industry change.
