Medical Director/ Cosmetic Physician – Facial Aesthetics, Perth WA

We are looking for a Medical Director/ Cosmetic Physician to join their team and oversee the clinical operations, staff training, and patient care.
The role will be based in their Perth, WA Head Office with some travel to other clinics – most clinics are based in and around Perth Metro and surrounding areas.
The perfect candidate will be focused and driven to provide next-level support and education to ensure that clinical staff are advanced in all practice areas and place vital importance on professional and safe practice.
As a Medical Director/ Cosmetic Physician, you will be responsible for:
Providing consultations and treatments to patients, ensuring safety, efficacy, and satisfaction, providing scripting support in overflow periods whilst on shift,
Supervising and mentoring other medical staff, first point of contact for clinical questions or support with complication management as required,
Developing and implementing clinical protocols, policies, and procedures,
Providing ongoing training and education to clinical staff,
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines,
Collaborating with the management and marketing teams to promote the clinic’s services and reputation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A medical degree and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA),
A fellowship or diploma in cosmetic medicine or a related field,
Extensive experience in cosmetic medicine, with a proven track record of delivering excellent results,
Religiously across new trends, techniques, industry changes/developments,
A high level of clinical skills and knowledge in various aesthetic modalities and techniques,
A strong sense of professionalism, ethics, and leadership,
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
A flexible and adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Treatments include anti-wrinkle, dermal filler, PRP, PDO threads, Profhilo, and Skin boosters.
Qualifications Required and what we are looking for
A Medical Degree and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). A fellowship or Diploma in cosmetic medicine or a related field with extensive experience in cosmetic medicine and a proven track record of delivering excellent results
