You will be responsible for designing services and training beauty therapists who would report to you. You will be responsible for assisting your therapists to meet product sales target. Perform skin treatments
Develop and help maintain infection control protocols
Train Beauty therapist
Assist developing treatment menus and protocols
Manage beauty therapists sales targets
Sales and business growth orientated, excellent customer service skills, professionally presented
Highly knowledgeable in all the latest treatments including laser, peels and skin needling. Willing to share your knowledge with other up and coming dermal therapists.
