Generally this will be caused by your Web Browser (Internet Explorer or Firefox etc) not being able to display Acrobat pdf files.
The simplist way to resolve this issue is to download a free copy of Acrobat Reader. Click on the link below to download your free copy.

Remember to make sure you get the right one for your Operating System (Windows XP,etc).
To check what Windows operating system you have go to “Start” “Settings” “Control Panel” (Switch to classic view if you cannot see over 30 icons) Double click on “System”. The window that opens will tell you what version of Windows you are using.

Alternatively, if you can normally open Acrobat pdf files on your computer then right click (instead of left clicking) on the link and download the pdf file to your computer. Then go to it and open it as you would any other Acrobat pdf file.
