Deb Farnworth-Wood is a highly successful entrepreneur with the ability to see an opportunity and develop it into a thriving and profitable business model. An MBA graduate, she was the founder of the world-leading medical-aesthetic franchise Australian Skin Clinics (ASC) and in five years took it from start-up to 60 franchised clinics, turning over  $70 million along with a successful shopfitting business, an RTO, Skincare Company, and equipment supply business. Along the way, she garnered a swag of business awards acknowledging her achievements.

In June 2020 she purchased Issada, an Australian Makeup brand that reflected her own personal values of being high quality, healthy, natural, and cruelty-free.
