GOVERNMENT FUNDING AVAILABLE FOR THE VOCATIONAL GRADUATE CERTIFICATE IN IPL AND LASER HAIR REDUCTION
Is your business currently suffering from skills shortage? Do you believe that if your staff gained further qualifications in advanced procedures such as IPL or Laser your business could benefit from potential business growth?
If you do then we have great news for you.
The Aesthetics Practitioners Advisory Network Pty Ltd (APAN) has been invited by Service Skills Australia to become the lead organisation to apply for funding with the National Workforce Development Fund (the Fund). The purpose of this funding is to help businesses that have identified their current and future workforce development needs gain valuable financial support for the purpose of training existing employees to up-skill or to train new staff in advanced procedures.
Government funding will be supplemented by a co-contribution from salons to help them ensure staff training specifically in SIB701 Vocational Graduate Certificate in IPL and laser hair reduction.
If you believe that this initiative can help you solve some of your business needs, we encourage you to take the opportunity and benefit from this funding while it is still available.
WHO WILL DELIVER THE TRAINING?
We have enrolled several Registered Training Organisations to deliver the training for this initiative.
The training cost vary slightly, but they are approximately $4300 to S4990 which is for the Vocational Graduate Certificate in IPL and Laser Hair Reduction (SIB701). The government will pay 66% of these fees and you will only be required to pay the balance of 34%, which is approximately $1400 to $1697 per person.
WHAT ELSE WILL I GAIN WITH THIS TRAINING?
Each applicant will receive a 12-month Gold Membership to APAN valued at $396. Within their kit members will receive numerous cost-saving benefits, support services and privileges. Some of these include new developments that APAN has negotiated specifically to benefit you in undertaking this initiative. These include:
Insurance: APAN has negotiated and secured a 25% discount for IPL medical malpractice combined liabilities, including public and products liability insurance for all members who graduate with this qualification.
Financial support: For salons who wish to fund the deposit of three or more staff members and need a little help with their portion of the payment APAN has negotiated with a credible financial lending institution to assist salons with a potential loan so that they can immediate take advantage of this initiative. Please note that for three or more staff you request to train you will receive 10% discount toward your initial fee.
Client payment services: With this training salons will be able to sell packages to their clients. APAN has secured the services of a credible company to offer your clients a progressive payment option that they can undertake on your behalf at a very small set-up fee. Regular payments will be deposited into your account, freeing you to concentrate on running your business.
Business Coaching: Every applicant will receive a business coaching session valued at $300 that will be designed specifically to help you market these services in the most efficient and successful manner. This will give you valuable business support to substantially optimise your success in effectively promoting your services with new strategies to maximize your business growth.
